Bergen County, New Jersey Pop/Rock band Action Item have been blowing up the scene. From opening for Teen Pop sensation Justin Bieber to being featured on key industry taste-maker websites and blogs, these guys are determined to make ground. For the perfect mesh of Pop and Piano Rock, a la Mayday Parade and The Maine, check out their single “The Farther The Distance” below.

Mark Needham mixed Metro Station’s 10 track debut Self-Titled album in 2008. The chart topping dance hit “Shake It” hit 2 million downloads this week and a total of 400,000 albums sold. Congratulations!

Brooke White’s new album High Hopes & Heartbreak, produced by our very own Dave Cobb, currently holds the #4 position on the iTunes Top Album Chart. Brooke’s cover of Kings Of Leon’s “Use Somebody” has helped her snag the #1 spot on the iTunes Pop Album Chart as well.
